        Hello, I'm Jennifer Hough.  My husband Matt and I would like to tell you a little bit about how we started Hough's Quality Meats. Matt started butchering when he was about 13. He has learned many meat cuts over the years.

         After Matt and I married in September 1995, we began butchering in our barn to put high quality meat on our table. We had so many compliments that we started butchering, smoking, and curing for friends and other family members. We worked out of our walk-in cooler in our barn for family and friends for about five years. Then we started getting  requests from their family and friends. Butchering part-time was getting to be too much on our walk-in barn cooler so we decided it was time to buy a larger shop and butcher full-time.

      We would like to invite you to stop by or call Hough's Quality Meats for all you're butchering, smoking, and curing needs. 

We are accepting deer this year. So if you or anyone you know has a deer that needs processed this year come on out and see us!
